2. Eligibility

3. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD as the base currency. Prices displayed in EUR, GBP, or other currencies are approximate conversions for convenience and may vary slightly at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in color, size, or packaging may occur since products are sourced from third-party manufacturers.

4. Orders & Payment

• Orders are processed once payment is successfully confirmed via our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, and supported card networks).
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
• Order changes or cancellations can be requested within 12 hours of purchase by contacting [email protected]; after this window, the order may already be in fulfillment.

5. Shipping & Delivery (Worldwide)

• VirHit ships worldwide. As a dropshipping business, products are shipped directly from our international suppliers and fulfillment centers, which may result in longer delivery times than traditional retailers.
• Some items may be fulfilled from our partners’ warehouses in Europe, the United States, or China (via CJ Dropshipping and similar suppliers). Delivery times therefore vary by warehouse location and destination.
• Estimated delivery times: Standard Shipping 7–20 business days; Express Shipping 5–9 business days, depending on destination.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or events outside our control.
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including logos, text, graphics, and design — is the property of VirHit and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
