1. Worldwide Shipping

VirHit ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and handed to our fulfillment partners within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During sales events (Flash Sale, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

3. Where Your Order Ships From

VirHit works with international fulfillment partners and dropshipping suppliers (including CJ Dropshipping). Depending on stock and location, your item may ship from a fulfillment warehouse in Europe, the United States, or China. This means delivery times and tracking behavior can vary by warehouse.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and start from the shipping date, not the order date. Times may vary due to customs processing, local holidays, weather, or carrier delays outside our control.

5. Dropshipping & Multiple Packages

If you order multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by the destination country. Because our products ship from warehouses in Europe, the United States, and China, customs requirements depend on your country and the warehouse origin. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear as the package moves through international customs.

8. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. VirHit is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact [email protected] within 12 hours of ordering.

9. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, contact [email protected] with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
