1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by us may not qualify for a refund.

3. Who Pays Return Shipping

• Change of mind / wrong size ordered: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect item received: VirHit covers the cost — see Section 7 below (no return shipment required in most cases).

4. How to Start a Return

Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 2 business days. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation.

5. Refund Timeframe

Once your return is received and inspected (or once a return-free refund is approved for damaged/wrong items), we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance promotions
• Gift cards and promotional/free gift items
• Items returned without prior approval from our support team

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo or short video of the item and packaging

We will offer, at no extra cost to you, either a free replacement or a full refund — in most cases without requiring you to return the original item.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be in processing with our fulfillment partners and cannot be cancelled, though our Return Policy above will still apply once delivered.
